In case, you are not satisfied with our offering, you can get a refund by returning us the product within 5 days of its receipt. Kindly take a note of following REFUND conditions:

Items must be in new condition.


It should be with original packaging and accessories. Only the amount will be refunded - deducting freight/shipping fees & for the return will be at your own expense. Refund process can take up to 15 days once the parcel is fully returned.

Defective items

If you receive a broken or a defective item, please email us on care@giftbash.in within 3 days of the receipt of your order. Make sure to include the following in the email:
Your Name
Your invoice number
Brief about the defect
A picture or video(if required) clearly showing the defect
After investigation we will refund the entire amount or exchange the ordered item as per your requirement.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case you wish to cancel the order placed with us then you can mail/Whatsapp us for the same with the order id/no.
The refund will be made fully only if the order is not dispatched from our side but once it is dispatched then only the product amount will be refunded and not the freight/shipping fees.
The refund will be made only when the product is returned to us in original and proper condition.
